properties
- low expansion
- low water absorption
- very good thermal insulation and sound absorption
- high dimensional stability over time
- precision and control of application
- very short preparation time of the product in relation to ordinary adhesive mortars
- very good working properties, comfort and cleanliness of work, light transport (low weight and volume), easy to store and apply compared to bituminous waterproofing masses
- a standard foam gun is enough for application
- no risk of thermal bridges due to glue getting into the gaps between the boards (as opposed to traditional mortars)
- chemically neutral after hardening, resistant to a wide range of temperatures and the development of fungi and mold
- good adhesion to concrete, aerated concrete, silicate blocks, plaster and masonry mortars, wood, steel, metals
- ensures stability and flexibility of the assembled elements
- does not contain (H)CFC, PCB and formaldehyde
Usage
- bonding EPS, PUR, XPS polystyrene boards and similar insulation boards (e.g. polystyrene paper), wall panels, window sills, etc. to mineral and bituminous substrates
- filling gaps between polystyrene boards, gaps resulting from cutting boards
- filling expansion joints in walls
- thermal insulation of roofs and flat roofs
- sealing joints, e.g. at window sills, window sill tiles, balcony slabs, basement windows or basement windows (applies to newly erected and renovated buildings)
