- fast drying (contains a highly volatile solvent) – total curing time 24 hours
- very tacky (ideal for vertical applications)
- high bonding strength
- for external and internal applications, horizontal and vertical (non-drip), in combination with smooth and porous, absorbent and non-absorbent substrates
- after curing, it creates a permanently elastic bond, resistant to water and weather conditions
- does not discolor mineral substrates (can be used for bonding on natural stone surfaces)

- bonding building materials and finishing elements made of wood and wood-based materials, PVC and similar types of plastics, as well as ceramics, gypsum, concrete, stone (including natural stone), steel, metals, etc.
- gluing skirting, ceiling, corner, threshold and wall finishing strips
- sticking door cover profiles and similar cover profiles
- gluing wall panels, window sills, ceramic and stone tiles, plasterboards
- sticking handles, emblems, hooks, hangers and similar small-sized finishing elements
