ECO

Characteristics:

single- or double-leaf doors, the passive leaf of the double-leaf door is locked with an automatic latch,
a solid or partially glazed leaf,
a leaf with a thin rebate, made of a galvanized steel sheet 0.5-1.5 mm thick with polyester coating or powder coating,
the door frame is made of powder coated steel sections formed from 1.2 mm thick galvanized sheets,
the total leaf thickness is 62.5 ± 1 mm,
leaf infill in internal doors: cellular cardboard;
the leaf is fitted with two vertically adjusted hinges, and one of the hinges per frame side features a pull spring,
EPDM rebate gaskets,

ECO BASIC

Characteristics:

single-leaf door,
a solid or partially glazed leaf,
a leaf with a thick rebate, made of galvanized steel sheet 0.5 mm thick with polyester coating or powder coating,
the door frame is made of powder-coated steel sections formed from 1.2 mm thick galvanized sheets,
the total leaf thickness is 40 ± 1 mm,
leaf infill in internal doors: cellular cardboard;
the leaf is fitted with two horizontally adjusted hinges,
EPDM rebate gaskets.

ANTI-BURGLARY RC2 and RC3

Characteristics:

single- or double-leaf doors, the passive leaf of the double-leaf door is locked with an automatic latch,
solid or glazed, made of two 0.7-0.75 mm thick galvanized sheets with polyester coating, powder coated or film coated,
the door frame is made of powder coated steel sections formed from 1.5 mm thick steel sheets,
the total leaf thickness is 62.5 ± 1 mm,
infill: cellular cardboard; the EI30 and EI 60 with RC2 and RC3 class fire-rated option with a mineral wool infill is also available.
Hardware: RC 2 class – two locks with class C lock cylinders, tamper-proof lock plates on the additional lock and a door handle on a long cover plate, extra door reinforcement, three anti-burglary bolts per door leaf.
RC 3 class – three locks with class C lock cylinders, tamper-proof lock plates on additional locks and a door handle on a long cover plate, extra door reinforcement, three anti-burglary bolts per door leaf;
the leaf is fitted with three vertically adjusted hinges, and one of the hinges per frame side features a pull spring,
a modified EPDM rebate gasket.

ECO, ECO BASIC, RC2 and RC3 door standard accessories:
